After user testing at gathering information from a large group of automative service techs we ventured to build a moblie “portal” that could be sent to an auto dealers customers to diplay all the information they could ever want to know about their car, along with service needs and explanations so they know how important it is to “replace a CV boot.”  We started by listing out all the feature suggestions we gathered from our user research and then added a few of our own.  We drew up quick wireframes on the whiteboard.   Then I worked up some low fidelity wireframes and after we polished up all the requirements sent them over to development to build out this amazing mobile app.
